REFUND POLICY

At Valenview Ltd, we are committed to delivering a high-quality Growth Operating System and expert execution services. We want you to be satisfied with your investment. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted.

1. General Policy

All fees are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Setup Fees

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Website and landing page builds
  • CRM and platform configuration
  • Initial account setup and onboarding
  • Creative asset development

If you cancel before work has commenced, we will refund your setup fee in full within 14 business days.

3. Monthly Management Fees

Monthly management fees are billed in advance. Our refund policy for monthly fees is as follows:

  • First 30 Days: If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your subscription, you may request a refund of your first month's management fee. This does not include setup fees or ad spend. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@valenview.com within 30 days of your subscription start date.
  • After 30 Days: Monthly management fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice, and you will continue to receive services until the end of your current billing period.

4. Ad Spend

Ad spend is paid directly by you to third-party advertising platforms, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok. Valenview does not collect or hold your ad spend.

  • Ad spend is non-refundable by Valenview.
  • Any refunds, credits, or adjustments for ad spend must be requested directly from the respective advertising platform and are subject to their individual refund policies.
  • We do not markup ad spend. The amount you pay to the platform is the amount charged by the platform.

5. Add-Ons and Extra Services

Additional services, including but not limited to extra locations, priority response packages, conversion websites, and one-off consultancy, are non-refundable once work has commenced.

6. Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

  1. Send written notice to billing@valenview.com.
  2. Include your full name, business name, and reason for cancellation or refund request.
  3. Allow up to 14 business days for processing.

7. Exceptions

Refunds may be granted outside of this policy at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Failure to deliver services due to technical issues on our end.
  • Force majeure events preventing service delivery.
  • Other circumstances deemed appropriate by Valenview management.

8. Chargebacks

We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks that do not comply with this Refund Policy. If you have a concern, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly at billing@valenview.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
